Sales Representative – Real Estate

You’ll work within the dynamic Lekki property market, engaging with clients, closing deals, and contributing to business growth.
Location: Chevron, Lekki, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid (onsite + remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Source and follow up on new leads: networking, referrals, and outreach
- Conduct property viewings, guiding clients through options and decision-making
- Advise clients on investment opportunities aligned with their needs and budgets
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Negotiate and close sales in line with company policies
- Partner with internal teams to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Participate in property fairs, promotional campaigns, and field activations
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or another target‑driven sales role
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant field is preferred
- Self‑motivated, confident, and persuasive with a consultative sales mindset
- Familiarity with the local real estate market around Lekki, Chevron
- Comfortable using CRM tools and basic sales technologies
