Location: Lekki, Lagos (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage walk-in and online customers, offering personalized styling advice
- Meet individual and store sales targets with drive and flair
- Maintain stylish and organized product displays and a welcoming, clean store environment
- Process transactions accurately and handle after-sales service professionally
- Manage customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
- Record sales data, keep inventory up to date, and assist with order management
Requirements
- Education: OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
- Experience: 1–2 years in fashion retail or sales
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident presentation, and keen eye for style
- Attitude: Smart, stylish, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Tech Savvy (Bonus): Experience using social media to generate retail engagement and sales
