Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of current and potential clients
- Establish and maintain strong business and customer relationships
- Perform cold calls to reach new leads and expand the customer base
- Handle customer complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to align sales strategies
- Analyze sales trends, market potential, and competitor activities
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer needs and market conditions
- Stay updated on current best practices in sales, product offerings, and promotional trends
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and reports
Requirements:
- A minimum of SSCE or any other relevant qualification
- Experience in sales, retail, or marketing is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
