Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and drive sales of land and building properties to meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless buying experience
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management
  • Align with marketing and operations teams to support joint strategies
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and real estate regulations

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4–7 years of real estate sales experience with success in closing deals
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including team development and performance management
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fully onsite environment
