💰 Salary Range: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000/month + Commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and drive sales of land and building properties to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless buying experience
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management
- Align with marketing and operations teams to support joint strategies
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and real estate regulations
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 4–7 years of real estate sales experience with success in closing deals
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team development and performance management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fully onsite environment
