We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive – Real Estate to drive the sale of lands and structures along the Salem‑Ikate corridor in Lagos. This role is strictly onsite, and accommodation will not be provided. The ideal candidate must possess a proven track record in real estate transactions and a strong knowledge of the Lagos property market.

💼 Experience: 4 – 7 years in real estate sales
💰 Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month (+ Commission)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, negotiate, and close sales of land and buildings
  • Build and sustain productive business relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Accurately assess client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Stay well-informed of market trends and property availability in Lagos
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Support marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and brand visibility

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 4–7 years’ experience in real estate sales (land and property focused)
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or surpass sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Self‑motivated, results-focused, and able to work independently
  • Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate landscape is highly advantageous
