Learning and Development Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that help our organization adapt and thrive. You will identify skills gaps, implement innovative learning strategies, and ensure our workforce remains competent, agile, and aligned with organizational goals.

Core Responsibilities
Training Needs Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct thorough training needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and workshops expertia.ai.
- Perform job and capability analyses to inform development plans.
Program Design & Delivery
- Develop and deliver a range of interventions—technical, behavioral, leadership, and e-learning—leveraging classroom instruction, coaching, mentoring, and virtual formats.
- Lead induction and bespoke training programs, ensuring they evolve with organizational needs.
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track training outcomes through surveys, assessments, and competency evaluations; recommend improvements based on data-driven insights .
- Prepare evaluation reports and adapt learning content to meet emerging needs.
Content & Knowledge Management
- Design training materials, presentations, and visual aids.
- Implement a knowledge management framework to streamline information sharing.
Compliance & Operational Support
- Manage Industrial Training Fund (ITF) requirements, remittances, and reimbursements
- Work with regulatory bodies on mandatory training standards and equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in L&D, organizational development, or similar roles.
- Degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong instructional design, facilitation, and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in learning technologies: LMS, e-learning authoring tools, surveys, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
