Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth-oriented category and brand strategies.

- Define pricing strategy and ensure the profitability of the brand portfolio.

Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing or related field; MBA or certification is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.

Electrical / Instrument Technician

We are looking for a proactive Electrical / Instrument Technician to join our technical team in Aba. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of instrumentation and electronic systems, ensuring minimal plant downtime and operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Resolve equipment breakdowns and report unresolved issues to the engineering lead.
- Liaise with incoming and outgoing shift technicians to ensure operational continuity.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and productivity within the work environment.
- Conduct on-the-job training and supervision of junior technicians.
- Maintain discipline, performance appraisals, and communication standards.
- Ensure accurate reporting of all electronic machinery conditions.
- Drive compliance with OH&S, EMS, GMP, and QMS standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- OND/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 3 yearsโ hands-on experience in an industrial or plant environment.

HSE, GMP & QMS Expectations:
- Achieve 85% HSE action closure and 95% BBS compliance.
- Demonstrate understanding of EMS and QMS procedures.
- Maintain compliance with GMP practices and site safety protocols.
