Customer Service Officer
We’re seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Officer to join our client’s team in Oshodi. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every customer, collaborating closely with internal teams to address more complex issues.

💰 Remuneration: ₦120,000 net
🎓 Qualification: OND
💼 Experience: Previous customer service experience required
🏠 Residential Area: Must reside within the Oshodi axis
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications professionally and courteously
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and billing issues promptly and with empathy
- Maintain and update accurate customer account records
- Provide detailed, clear information about products or services
- Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as billing, tech support, and logistics, to streamline solutions
Requirements
- OND in any discipline
- Minimum of one year in a customer service role
- Must live within Oshodi or nearby areas for easy daily access
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and solve problems proactively
- Comfortable using basic computer applications and CRM tools
