Client Liaison Officer

🎓 Qualification: BSc/HND in Medical or Life Sciences
💼 Experience: 1 + year post-NYSC in healthcare (preferred)
👤 Age Requirement: 26+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, answering inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on consultations, tests, and appointments
- Guide clients through clinic processes and proactively address concerns
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system
- Liaise with medical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Support marketing initiatives and outreach programs
Requirements & Perks:
- BSc/HND in a Life Sciences or Medical field
- At least one year of clinical or administrative experience post-NYSC (healthcare preferred)
- Aged 26 or older, with flexibility to travel and learn
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology and CRM tools is a plus
💡 During the 4‑week training period (Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–4 pm; Sat, 8:30 am–1 pm), a transport allowance of ₦100,000 will be provided
