Business Development Executive
Elrishon Logistics is seeking a polished and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our footprint within the logistics sector. This position focuses on identifying new clients, securing new business deals, and supporting the company’s sustainable growth. The successful candidate will excel in communication and negotiation, and showcase a deep understanding of logistics solutions.

Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos State
Work Arrangement: 4 days onsite per week
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to logistics services
- Prospect, nurture, and close deals with potential clients to meet sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and align service offerings
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as operations and marketing—to ensure smooth execution and contract fulfillment
- Track and report on deals, pipelines, and business performance metrics
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Business Development Officer/Executive, preferably within a logistics firm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive presence
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and close business deals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Compensation Package
- Monthly Net Salary: NGN 200,000 – 300,000
- Closing-deal incentives, HMO coverage, and a 13th-month salary bonus
