Graduate Trainee Program 2025
The Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) 2025 is a 12-month, fully paid initiative designed to train young Nigerian graduates. Participants undergo structured rotations, mentorship, and skills development across technical and non-technical departments . The programme equips trainees with business insight and hands-on experience working on real organisational projects.

Eligibility Criteria
- NYSC Certificate of completion or exemption is mandatory
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Lower) or HND with Upper Credit
- Candidates must be 28 years or younger at the time of application.
- Open to graduates across disciplines, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
